At this time of the year it’s hard to avoid at least some night driving and we all know how visually demanding that can be. I’m often asked by my customers for help in reducing glare from oncoming car headlights and we’ve used anti-reflective coatings for that purpose for many years with some success.
Carl Zeiss Vision manufacture some of the best lenses in the world and they have an exceptionally good anti-reflective treatment called LotuTec. I believe that Zeiss lenses with LotuTec is the best optical solution for night driving. In my opinion Zeiss LotuTec provides a genuine improvement in your visual comfort and safety.
Until the end of November 2011 Zeiss are upgrading all of their varifocal lenses purchased at Robert Callander Optician with Free LotuTec.
